Weird Driving Laws: The Midwest

The purpose of laws is to keep drivers safe. However, there are some driving laws that are just silly.

Sharing the road with cars while roller skating is considered illegal in Ohio.

You are not allowed to throw your Red Ryder on the highway in the state of Iowa.  If you are caught throwing it on the road, you will find yourself in trouble with the police.

In Minnetonka, Minnesota, you will be considered a public nuisance if your truck leaves dirt, mud or any sticky substance on the road so you may want to make sure that you keep your truck clean.

Keep these laws in mind if you plan on driving through the Midwest or you may find yourself with fined or ticketed.
