Weird Driving Laws: The East Coast

The eastern coast of the United States has some driving laws that even a new driver would not expect to hear.

While it is illegal across the board to drive with an open container of alcohol in the car, Scituate, Rhode Island drivers might be surprised to learn that it is illegal to transport beer at all.Opened Beer in Car
